Payment Terms

- Subscription fees are payable monthly or annually as per your chosen plan.
- Payments are processed through secure third-party payment gateways.
- All fees are exclusive of taxes, and you are responsible for any applicable taxes.
If payment cannot be processed, we will notify you and service access will be suspended. After 30 days, the account may be terminated.
Intellectual Property
With respect to all intellectual property rights:
- The platform, its source code, designs, and content are the property of DigitalSpark.
- You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the platform for your business purposes.
- You may not reproduce, modify, or distribute any part of the platform.
Prohibited Activities

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DigitalSpark shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including lost profits, data loss, or business interruption.
Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the preceding 12 months. This clause does not limit or exclude liability where prohibited by law.
Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account and access to services under the following circumstances:

- Upon termination, your data may be exported within 30 days, after which it will be permanently deleted.
Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved by the courts of Bangalore, India. We are committed to complying with applicable laws, including the IT Act, 2000 and data protection laws.
